My coaching style centers on creating a fun, positive, competitive, learning environment where players are encouraged to be creative and problem solve. Creating this player centered environment allows players to take risks and learn from making “mistakes.” My goal is to provide players with tools to problem solve, make decisions quickly, and execute those decisions at a high technical level.
